Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the suppression of generating hazardous gas as dioxin, etc., by detecting the density of carbon monoxide instantaneously inside an incinerating furnace and changing the quantity of secondary combustion air corresponding to the detected density of the carbon monoxide. SOLUTION: Combustible is gasified inside a fluidized bed 2 and combusted at a free board 3. A CO density detector 14 using a semiconductor laser is arranged to the middle step of the free board 3. The CO density detector 14 is a carbon monoxide density detecting means enabling the measuring of the CO density inside the fluidized bed instantaneously. The output X1 of the CO density detector 14 is input to a computing unit 15. The processing unit 15 calculates the quantity of the secondary combustion air Y1 for suppressing CO with PID operation, etc. When the CO density is higher, the secondary combustion air is increased decreasing the CO density. The quantity of the secondary combustion air Y1 calculated by the processing unit 15 is output to a secondary combustion air control valve 7 and the opening of the valve is adjusted for obtaining the set up quantity of the secondary combustion air Y1. |
