HANGER CHUCK FOR BAKING BOTH-SURFACE COATED BASE BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger chuck whereby in the case of baking a register painting base board hung down, a stain by sticking of a register can be reduced, impeding of drying of the register is decreased. SOLUTION: In a hunger chuck for mounting in a hanger a both-surface register painting base board performing baking, a top part of a protruded part is 0.3 mm or less radius of curvature in a tip end with a tip end angle in a 15 to 60 degrees range. A member 1 provided with an alligator mouth part having a plurality of almost parallel linear protruded parts, member 2 having a base board contact part of linear protruded part making a 3 mm or more length continuing a part in a 1 mm or less width of a top part with the top part of a protruded part in 0.1 to 5 mm radius of curvature or even exceeding 5 mm, fixed material 3, and a press material are provided, between the alligator mouth part of the member 1 and a base board contact part of the member 2, the base board can be interposed, a contact area with the base board per one hunger chuck, when the base board is interposed, is 10 mm or less.
