The effects of the actions of the fixed members 24 and 25 are obtained by a dusting mechanism. Also, if the conditions of L1>=L2 are satisfied in the relation between the width L1 of the batch measure 22 and the empty space L2 of the slit window opening B, the powder can more accurately be measured. |
