Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in terms of a throw-in device for any kind of powdery substance, a powder supply device which quantitatively supplies powder composition, in particular, which is in the form of fine powder and hygroscopic. SOLUTION: When a rotary shaft 23 rotates to the right during an operation, powder is filled into each batch measure container A having a width L1 made in the direction of the rotary shaft, and it is thrown down and distributed through a slit window opening B. At the time, a front end 21 of the peripheral edge of the batch measure is hit by a fixing member 24, and consequently the measured powder is caused to fall entirely from the empty space L2 of the slit window opening B made in the direction of the rotary shaft. Thereafter, the fixing member 25 and the front end 21 of the peripheral edge of the batch measure are rubbed against each other to completely brush off the powder sticking to the bottom of the rotary measure. The effects of the actions of the fixed members 24 and 25 are obtained by a dusting mechanism. Also, if the conditions of L1>=L2 are satisfied in the relation between the width L1 of the batch measure 22 and the empty space L2 of the slit window opening B, the powder can more accurately be measured.
