Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the positioning of an aggregate member without inviting the drop of the strength of the aggregate member. SOLUTION: In the car body structure of a vehicle for forming a framework structure by a mutually crossing vertical aggregate 4 and horizontal aggregate 8, the horizontal aggregate 8 is formed in the section to U shape having a first web 8b and second web 8c in parallel mutually and also the insertion part 8e for inserting the end of the vertical aggregate 4 is formed on the first web 8b and the end is inserted in the inside of either one side of the horizontal aggregate 8 through the insertion part 8e and the tip of the end is contacted to the inner wall surface of the second web 8c and then the part contacted the horizontal aggregate 8 and the vertical aggregate 4 mutually is welded.
