SOLUTION: A set screw 20 is mounted at a pawl holder having a pawl for opening or closing with a pawl base and gripping a sheet together with the base to control a rotating end limit of the holder. The screw 20 has a male threaded part 21 formed with a recess 21a at one end and a contact part 22 formed integrally with the other end of the part 21. An outer diameter D1 of the part 11 of the stopper screw 20 is formed larger than a trough diameter D2 of the part 21.
