SOLUTION: In this health managing tool 10 provided with a band part 11 mountable on a wrist and a projecting part holding part 12 locked with a part of the band 11 and having a projecting part 13 projecting inside, the part 11 is formed so as to be pressurized to the prescribed reflection zone of the wrist by being pushed from an opposite side by hand, thus the wrist is bent or rotated in the state of pressurizing to the wrists like this to give prescribed stimulation to the reflection zone.
