SOLUTION: The sheet is finished as a cushion part having many hollow parts 24a-24g formed inside a resin-made frame 22, cushion blocks 25a-25d and outer covers 23a-23d are integratedly constituted and an uniform thickness is provided. A part of the hollow parts 24a, 24g and 24e formed inside the frame 22 is filled with a foam able resin so that the whole vehicle sheet 10 is integratedly formed.
