RECLOSING CIRCUIT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcibly inhibit the formation of a reclosed circuit when its breaking fails. SOLUTION: When a differential relay 16, an overcurrent relay 18, and a fault detection relay 22 are actuated in the case of a fault of a power system, AND gates 24, 28, 30 output respective signals '1', a breaking command is issued to a circuit-breaker tripping portion 48 via an OR gate 34 to execute the breaking of the circuit breaker. At this time, the timer of a breaking-failure detection portion 50 is actuated, a signal is from the portion 50 inputted to a breaking-command inputting portion 20 when an overcurrent relay 18 is not restored to its original state even after the lapse of a specified time to output a signal '1' from an AND gate 26. This signal is outputted to the opposite party via commnicating portions 32, 46 and is outputted also to an OR gate 40. As a reset, resetting the stored content of a storage circuit 42, the execution of the reclosing of the power system by a reclosing-circuit executing portion 44 is locked forcibly.
