Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller where a battery does not substantially discharge due to a switch left on even when a battery is provided to an extension adaptor connecting to a terminal for portable information communication in addition to a battery of the terminal itself. SOLUTION: In addition to a power supply 3a which is ON/OFF controlled for the terminal 1, another power supply is independently provided in an extension adaptor 11 and ON/OFF control of this power supply for the extension adaptor 11 is made by the operation of the terminal 1.
