PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing which can be easily removed by unskilled person and reduce the space for carrying and stocking it by forming it as a folding box made from carton, laminate or composite material having a conductive low-impedance shielding surface layer. SOLUTION: The electric and electronic machine casing is a folding box made from carton, laminate or composite material or other material having similar characteristics. A machine has the folding box 1 having a cover or upper part 3 turnable to close and mounting is ended. In this condition, the machine interior can be easily operable for e.g. the maintenance, final check in the manufacturing process or customer service. The box can be opened and bent back to make very easy access to the box.
