Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an independent electrode pattern as an electronic circuit whose quality is dense, uniform and high, by depositing frit consisting of a conductive matter on a substrate from a recessedly etched pattern, and setting frit simultaneously with the deposition. SOLUTION: A conductive frit containing matter 12 such as silver paste and nickel paste is deposited on a recessed pattern 16 of a recessedly etched roll 18 from an applicator roll 14. The recessed pattern 16 coincides with a desired electrode pattern and the excessive conductive frit containing matter 12 is removed from a recessed part by doctor blade 20 after being deposited inside the recessed pattern 16. The conductive frit containing matter 12 coheres inside the recessed pattern 16 and deposited on a glass substrate 22, and at the same time UV radiant rays emitted from a UV light source 24 passes through the substrate 22 and sets organic carrier of the frit containing matter 12. An electrode pattern is formed by setting frit containing matter on a substrate in this way. |
