METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING OPERATION PLAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a search range, to search for a plan with a high perfor mance index over a wide range, and to improve the efficiency of operation plan generation by providing an end decision step for deciding an end, etc., repeating respective steps in order until end conditions are met, and outputting the plan having the best performance index. SOLUTION: In an intermediate solution selection step 2, an intermediate solution to be searched for is selected from a list of intermediate solutions. In a search limiting step 3, an operation procedure for the selected intermediate solution is limited by being matched against restriction conditions characteristic of individual intermediate solutions. In an operation application step 4, operation found in the search limiting step 3 is applied in order to the intermediate solution selected in the intermediate solution selection step 2 to generate another intermediate solution, which is matched against conditions such as restriction conditions to include proper one in the list of intermediate solutions. In the end decision step 5, an end decision is made according to end conditions given in the plan condition setting step 1 and the improvement state of the performance index. When the end decision is not made, the step 2 to the end step 5 are repeated.
