Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically display and output detailed information on a landmark displayed on a map in the order starting from effective information, so that it can be well recognized. SOLUTION: In the navigation device for vehicle which displays a map, using a map display reference position as reference based on map information, position information on a landmark, information concerning display and detailed information, and selects and displays the landmark by superposing it on the map, the order of display of the detailed information of the displayed landmark is determined, and the detailed information of the landmark is displayed sequentially according to the order. Consequently, it is possible to automatically display and output the detailed information of the landmark displayed on the map in order, starting from effective information, so that it can be well recognized by constituting the navigation system in this way.
