Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for filling objects to be heat-treated into a sheath where the objects can be aligned on the heat-treatment sheath with a specific interval, and the adhesion of the objects to be heat-treated can be prevented even if ceramic powder is not used. SOLUTION: An aligning tool (a tool for aligning objects to be heat-treated) 2 in plate shape is set on a heat-treatment sheath 3, an object 4 to be heat- treated is inserted into a feedthrough retention hole 1 of the aligning tool 2 in plate shape, then the aligning tool 2 in plate shape is moved upward, and the object 4 to be heat-treated is left on the heat-treatment sheath 3 in aligned state. A support plate is placed at the lower surface side of a screening type aligning tool, the object to be heat-treated is inserted into a feedthrough retention hole and an entire part is set onto the heat-treatment sheath, only the support plate is pulled out, then the tool for aligning object to be heat-treated is moved upward, and the object to be heat-treated is left on the heat-treatment sheath in aligned state. |
