SOLUTION: This low-modulus wet-type nonwoven fabric comprises 50-99 wt.% of tangibly crimped fibers having a filament diameter of 10-20 μm, filament length of 7-15 mm, crimp number of 6-20/inch and 1-5 wt.% of extremely thin fibers having an aspect ratio of 1,000-1,500 and a smaller fiber diameter than that of the tangibly crimped fibers.
