Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing unit extremely reducing the backflow in a hose and causing little trouble on execution by providing check valves at branch sections of a main body when two kinds of solutions for consolidating a rock- bed are mixed and fed via the hoses connected to the branch sections. SOLUTION: Check valves 2 are provided at the branch sections 1A of a mixing unit 1, and short hoses 3, 3' and a lock bolt 4 are connected to the base end section side of the branch sections 1A and to the tip side of a confluence section 1B respectively. Ball valves 5 open or close the passages of the branch sections 1A and cut off the flow of two kinds of solutions (solutions A, B are blended at the proper ratios for use as a two-liquid type urethane foam resin) fed from pressing-in pumps. When the outer diameter size of an adapter 11 on one side is made larger than the outer diameter size of an adapter 11' on the other side at the base end portions of the branch sections 1A, the blending ratios of two solutions for the flow can be made equal or different. The check valves 2 for preventing the backflows into the hoses 3, 3' are installed on the branch sections 1A to prevent consolidation in the hoses 3, 3'. |
