Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed power to a trolley wire without applying a large load to an ear metal fitting by connecting a lead wire to be connected to a feeding wire to a basic end part of an arm rod, arranging the ear metal fitting at a tip of the arm rod, and connecting the tip of the arm rod to the ear metal fitting by the lead wire. SOLUTION: A lead wire 8 to be connected to a feeding wire is connected to a basic end part of an arm rod 5 through a sleeve 7A, and a lead wire 9 to be connected to an ear metal fitting 6 is connected to a tip part through a sleeve 7B. According to this configuration, feeding power from the feeding wire to a trolley wire T is done from the lead wire 8 connected to the feeding wire through a terminal 10 through the sleeve 7A, the arm rod 5, the sleeve 7B, the lead wire 9, and an ear piece of the ear metal fitting 6. Consequently, a large load of the lead wire is not applied to the ear metal fitting 6 arranged at a tip of a pull-off fitting 2.
