Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a VDT filter capable of manufacturing a VDT filter having stainless steel gauze laminated thereon with high productivity. SOLUTION: A elongated stainless steel gauze 1 is passed through a mold 2 while being delivered continuously, and molten or softened resin 3 is extrusion molded into the mold 2 so as to cause the transparent resin to be adhered to both the surfaces of the stainless steel gauze 1. Then, the stainless steel gauze 1 with the transparent resin adhered is led out of the mold 2 to cool solidify the transparent resin 2, and thereafter it is cut into a predetermined length. In this manner, transparent resin can be formed on both the surfaces of a stainless steel gauze by a continuous process while delivering successively an elongated stainless steel gauze.
