Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a membrane washing waste liquid containing an oxidizing agent such as sodium hypochlorite effectively without reducing the liquid. SOLUTION: The membrane cartridge 15b of a membrane separator 15 in an aeration tank 13 is washed with an oxidizing agent, and a part of activated sludge is oxidized/decomposed by the oxidizing agent remaining in washing wastewater 29. In this way, the filtration function of the cartridge 15b is recovered, the sludge concentration and viscosity of the wastewater are lowered so that filtration properties can be improved. Low molecular weight substances produced by the oxidative decomposition can be treated by activated sludge to reduce the amount of produced excess sludge and to eliminate the treatment of the washing wastewater.
