SOLUTION: The electric razor has an outer cutter which has a mesh cutter 1A opened many rough shaving holes, an inner cutter which slides at the inside of the outer cutter, an outer cutter case 6 which is attached the outer cutter and a frame of outer cutter 7 which is amounted the outer cutter case 6 mountably and dismountably. And it is set a guide which guides the outer cutter case 6 to the mounting and dismounting direction on the both edge faces of the outer cutter case 6 and the inside of the frame of outer cutter 7 which opposed to the edge face of the outer cutter case 6.
