PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart lustrous decoration and 'furuya' appearance of ancient time by fine flat metallic powder, composed of fine pieces of an integrally laminated body comprising thin metallic film and resin film, in a paper layer of tissue made of vegetable fiber pulp. SOLUTION: Vegetable fiber pulp such as mitsumata or the like is used independently or by mixing. Fine flat metallic powder is composed of fine pieces of a laminate composed by integrally laminating thin metallic film and resin film where a primary coat is applied on base film or the like having releasability, the thin metallic film is provided thereon, and a topcoat is provided thereon, if required, for obtaining a film laminated body, from which the base film is released for obtaining composite film comprising the primary coat, the thin metallic film, and the topcoat for chopping the thin metallic film composite film to form the fine flat metallic powder. The fine flat metallic powder is added and contained in an inner layer and/or surface layer of the paper layer construction of the tissue. By using fine flat metallic powder having excellent flatness, elegant metallic decoration can be easily added to paper having small basis weight, especially to tissue paper for removing sebum or the like.
