SOLUTION: A tank main body 10, a water injection compartment 12a provided with a generated gas inlet 14 and a water storage compartment 12b furnished with a water intake 15 in the main body 10, which are communicated with each other through the upper space 11 having a generated gas outlet and separated by a partition plate 13, and coolers 17a and 17b furnished respectively to the upper space 11 and water injection compartment 12a are provided.
