SOLUTION: A fluid is jetted toward a transplanted seedling raising container A in which seedlings are transplanted in plural seedling pots for transplanting seedlings having formed divisions and covered with soil so that excessive soil remaining on the container A is removed to give the objective apparatus D. In the apparatus D, plural nozzles 22a for jetting the fluid at a fixed angle from the upper external side of the transplanted seedling raising container A toward the top of the container A can be formed.
