Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shortening of service life of a furnace by providing the supporting structure of a furnace body refractory which is difficult to break with mechanical stress and heat load, and does not give excessive load to an iron shell even if the breakage develops. SOLUTION: A stave 7 is interposed on the inner surface of the iron shell 1 in the blast furnace, and a cooling plate 10 penetrating this stave 7 and arranging cooling water piping 4, is fixedly fitted to the inner surface of the stave 7. On the upper surface of this cooling plate 10, the furnace bricks are piled to constitute a furnace wall. The depth side length of the cooling plate 10 is shorter than that of the conventional cooling plate and a moment loaded to a supporting point is made small and the cooling plate 10 is difficult to break. Even if the breakage develops, the heat load is cut off with the stave 7, and the red heat and crack of the iron shell can be prevented. |
