Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage of a column and beams even if large force is repeatedly applied by tensioning/fixing them by tension members by installing the beams in a prescribed place of the column through a capital, and forming a joining part as a hinge forming part. SOLUTION: Precast concrete beams 3... are installed in a prescribed place of a precast concrete column 1 through a precast concrete capital 2. The respective beams 3 are tensioned/fixed to the capital 2 by tension members 5 and 5, and a joining part of the beams 3 and the capital 2 is formed as a hinge forming part. Therefore, since the beams 3 are installed at a prescribed distance on the column 1, even if large force is repeatedly applied by a big earthquake, the column 1 and the beams 3 are not damaged. The tension members 5 can be arranged on the capital 2 without penetrating through the column 1, and strength of the same degree can be held over the total length of the column 1.
