Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain new plastic composite machine parts not liable to shrink in molding process. SOLUTION: Plastic raw materials consisting of a polyol and an isocyanate are incorporated with an inorganic filler surface-treated with a silane coupling agent or a titanium coupling agent and kneaded to form a slurry. The slurry is vacuum-defoamed and cast and the plastic raw materials mentioned above are subjected to addition polymerization to effect curing into a polyurethane resin. As the matrix resin is hardly shrunk in the above-mentioned molding step, so the high-precision moldings can be obtained even if the moldings have a complex shape. |
