Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum packaging material used for a bag for vacuum packaging which can keep beautiful appearance as a commodity when vacuum packaging is applied and provides good feeling of use, and a method for preparation of the bag for vacuum packaging with simplified bag manufacturing work and good yield. SOLUTION: A sheet-like exterior material 2 and a sheet-like interior material 3 provided with an outer face with no heat-sealability and an inner face with heat-sealability are integrated in a body with the first partly adhesive part 9 formed between the above described exterior material 2 and interior material 3 through the first partly adhesive layer 6 consisting of an adhesive with no thermoplasticity and the second partly adhesive part 10 formed between the above described exterior material 2 and interior material 3 through the second partly adhesive layer 7 consisting of an adhesive with thermoplasticity and non-bonded parts between the interior material 3 and the exterior material 2 are communicated outside.
