Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure easy detachability and to fully prevent a removal on trial for fun as to a cap and a container having a child resistance function. SOLUTION: As to this container comprising a container main body 5 provided with a fitting part 4 protruding on a container mouth part 3 and a cap 9 with a child resistance function which is installed by fitting with a fitting part 4 a bent rib 8 which extends from the side of the opening part 7 of the cap main body 6 and is displaced for detachment by detaching force, the cap 9 is provided with a ring part 14 structured to be movable on the cap main body 6, and when the ring part 14 is at first position, the same controls the displacement of the bent rib 8, and when it is at second position, the same releases the displacement control of the bent rib 8.
