Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering from a resin-containing organic solvent solution a resin having a low solvent content comparable with that in a case using a drum drier without using the drum drier, and to provide a device therefor. SOLUTION: This method for recovering an organic solvent and a resin from a resin-containing organic solvent solution comprises mistily spraying the resin-containing organic solvent solution (raw solution) from the upper portion of an evaporator 1 with a rotary atomizer or a pressure nozzle atomizer 2, charging steam from the lower portion 3 of the evaporator 1 to bring the steam into contact with the sprayed solution in the evaporator 1, condensing a gas component recovered from the top of the evaporator in a condenser 4, separating the condensed liquid into water and the organic solvent, recovering the separated organic solvent, taking out the resin and water from the lower portion of the evaporator 1, recovering the resin and recycling the water as a steam source to be supplied from the lower portion of the evaporator 1 through a reboiler 7.
