Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the state where a mold passes through the molten metal pouring position in the unpouring condition of the molten metal at the time of changing a pouring ladle and to change the ladle at appropriated time. SOLUTION: This automatic molten metal pouring machine is constituted so that each ladle is set in plural molten metal pouring positions arranged along the carrying line of the molds and the molten metal pouring is executed into the mold by selectively tilting one of these ladies. In such a case, a molten metal pouring quantity detecting means 51 for detecting the molten metal pouring quantity to the mold and a remaining quantity detecting means 52 for detecting the remaining quantity of the molten metal incorporated in the ladle, are arranged, and it is judged whether the molten metal can be continued to pour in the ladle during pouring at the present according to the detected signals of the molten metal pouring quantity detecting means 51 and the remaining quantity detecting means 52, and in the case of confirming the impossibility of continuing the pouring, a molten metal pouring control means 53 is controlled so as to start the molten metal pouring by a ladle during waiting at the present by changing the ladle for pouring the molten metal. |
