Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of a chemical liquid by the evaporation of the solvent of the chemical liquid and to atomizing the chemical liquid easily when it is used without the change of concentration of the liquid by supplying the liquid from a tank to an atomizer by a pump and recovering the residual liquid from the atomizer to the tank after the end of atomization. SOLUTION: When a starting switch is pushed, a roller in a pump 23 is rotated clockwise, the roller pushes tubes one after another, and a chemical liquid 6 in a tank is moved in the direction A in a tube 28 to be supplied into an atomizer 7. Atomization is continued, a chemical liquid 18 is consumed gradually, and when the height of the liquid 18 becomes the second height or below, the second liquid level sensor 19 outputs am signal Lo to a control part. When the atomization of a prescribed amount is completed, the control part stops the energization of a driving part 30 and a driving circuit 22 and simultaneously controls the pump 23 to rotate counterclockwise. As a result, the roller in the pump 23 pushes a tube, and the residual chemical liquid in the atomizer 7 is moved in the direction B in the tube 28 to recover the liquid into the tank 1.
