Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the yield of a product by making a process simpler than the formation of a color filter of three colors B, G, R. SOLUTION: Many display cells illuminated in colors R, G, Bare arranged, thereby this glass substrate for a plasma display panel can display full colors. Optical filters 11B selectively transmitting the visible light in the wavelength region of B are provided at the positions corresponding to the display cells illuminated in B among all display cells. Or, the optical filters 11B selectively transmitting the visible light in the wavelength region of B are provided at the positions corresponding to the display cells illuminated in B, and optical filters 11R selectively transmitting the visible light in the wavelength region of R are provided at the positions corresponding to the display cells illuminated in R. When only the optical filters 11B or only the optical filters 11B, 11R are formed, color reproducibility and display contrast are not inferior to that when color filters of three colors are formed. |
