Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic element which enables good formation of an image of thoracic cavity. SOLUTION: This radiographic element consists of a film supporting body, which has first and second principal planes and transmits radiation corresponding to the radiographic element itself and is coated with a hydrophilic colloid layer having permeability for a treating liquid formed on each principal plane. The hydrophilic colloid layer contains inner and outer emulsion layers, and silver halide particles in the inner emulsion layer contain a rhodium dopant which increases (a) >3.0 point gamma at a first standard point for the density higher by 2.0 than the min. density, (b) >1.5 point gamma at a second standard point corresponding to the exposure lower by 0.3 logE than the first standard point, and (c) >0.5 point gamma at a third standard point corresponding to the exposure lower by 0.6 logE than the first standard point. |
