Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to realize maximum density of image in spite of a low silver coating amount and to reduce the total processing time while maintaining wet pressure resistance at a high level, by forming specified first and second principal faces capable of transmitting radiation. SOLUTION: The first and second principal faces are coated with first and second hydrophilic colloidal layers containing silver halide grains and the like and fully forehardened and permeable to a processing solution, and the second layer contains the silver halide grains having weight of 30-70% to the total weight of the second layer and in >=50% of the projection areas of the total grains and silver for composing the silver halide in an amount of 20-80% of the total silver in the element, and the first layer contains dye particles and the sliver in an amount of 20-80% of the total silver in the element and the sum of the dye particles and the silver halide grains in an amount of 30-70 weight % of the total weight of the first layer. The radiation sensitive silver halide grains have a variation coefficient reduced to circle diameter of
