Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make improvable the display quality while preventing a vertical stripe pattern from being viewed. SOLUTION: The position of a thin film transistor(TFT) 26 is set up on the opposite side of a conventional side about a gate bus line, i.e., on the bend part side of a source bus line 30. A superposed part between a pixel electrode 60 and the bus line 20 is set up on the opposite side of the conventional side, i.e., on a gate bus line 20 for sending a just preceding scanning signal. Thereby the pixel electrode part 60 superposed to the bus line 20 is not deformed by the bend of the bus line 30 and the shape of the pixel is formed in closely to an approximate rectangle.
