Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate of corrugated fin without a brazed layer by arranging an auxiliary plate in which a tube hole to insert a tube in formed in the vicinity of the inner side of a seat plate, and forming the auxiliary plate of an aluminum clad plate on each side of which a brazed metal is formed. SOLUTION: Tube holes 21b are formed in a seat plate 21 with the prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction, tubes 23 are inserted in the tube holes 21b, and a corrugated fin 25 is arranged between the tubes 23.
