Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate of corrugated fin without a brazed layer by arranging an auxiliary plate in which a tube hole to insert a tube in formed in the vicinity of the inner side of a seat plate, and forming the auxiliary plate of an aluminum clad plate on each side of which a brazed metal is formed. SOLUTION: Tube holes 21b are formed in a seat plate 21 with the prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction, tubes 23 are inserted in the tube holes 21b, and a corrugated fin 25 is arranged between the tubes 23. In addition, an auxiliary plate 29 is arranged in the vicinity of the air side of the seat plate 21, a tube hole 29a to insert the tube 23 is formed in the auxiliary plate 29, and the auxiliary plate 29 is formed of an aluminum clad to form a brazed layer R on each side of a core S. A plate without any brazed layer R can be used for plate to manufacture the corrugated filn 25. |
