Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-wave oven in which uniform heating and cooking can be carried out irrespective of presence of a difference in initial temperatures of foods or amount of the foods. SOLUTION: When a food 18 is placed on a turn-table 3 of a heating chamber 1 and a start switch 8 is operated, a control circuit 7 is energized to control a motor 4, a heating means 2 and a memory circuit 10, resulting in that heating and cooking operations are started, an infrared ray sensor 5 detects the temperature of each of the sections in the food 18 at timings t1, t2, t3,..., t12 attained from a timing circuit 9, data of detected temperatures at all timings t1 to t12 are stored in a memory circuit 10 as 1 frame, the stored temperature data are supplied to a mean temperature detecting device 11, a temperature difference detecting device 12 and a planar shape recognizing device 13, and then both the planar shape and the area of the food 18 are calculated through a planar shape recognizing processing and an area calculating processing by the planer shape recognizing device 13. |
