Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a regulating device at the rotating end of a roll blind and to increase degrees of freedom for design of the roll blind. SOLUTION: This roll blind includes a screen-winding roller having a rotating end freely rotationally pivoted to a bracket 90 and a winding spring disposed at the winding roller and used as the main or auxiliary power for winding a screen. In this case, the roll blind includes a terminal member 80 secured to the rotating end and freely rotationally pivoted to the bracket 90 while having a rotating shaft 81 or a rotating bearing, and locking means for selectively locking the terminal member to the bracket 90, the locking means being, e.g. a lock ring 100 and a lock pin 110.
