Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of a design in the height direction by forming rooms having the different heights of boundary floors by communicating a high-floor high structural section, in which the number of stories within a range in the specific height direction is set in N stories, and a low-floor high structural section, in which the number of stories is set in N+X stories. SOLUTION: A high-floor high structural section 1, in which the number of storied within a range in the specific height direction is set in N stories, and a low-floor high structural section 2, in which the number of stories is set in N+X stories, are arranged to communicate with each other, and rooms having the different heights of boundary floors are formed. Habitable rooms 1a-1c as living rooms are formed in the structural section 1, and habitable rooms 2a-2d such as bedrooms are formed in the structural section 2 side. Since the two habitable rooms 2b, 2c of the structural section 2 are arranged to communicate with the intermediate habitable room 1b of the structural section 1, a large-sized living section, in which the area of the structural section 2 is approximately double as wide as other habitable rooms as a whole, can be formed. When a floor 12 is installed onto a floor slab 11 continued to a floor slab 3b, in which a stepped section 35 is formed, while covering a top face so that a space is shaped, various piping can be mounted in the space 13, and the degree of freedom of the arrangement of a toilet, etc. is increased.
