Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high safety and good workability as well as easy assembly and disassembly by reducing the number of parts arranged at side portions used for scaffold construction for jointing work including bolt tightening, painting, welding work or the like for the joints when coupling joint members for a bridge or the like. SOLUTION: A work floor frame 14' is provided between vertical frames 13', 13', and a work floor (scaffold board) 22 is attached. When setting a cage- shaped scaffold facility 28 for jointing work for joint portions for a structure under construction, the rear side of a balancing member 11 and the vertical frame 13' are extended by clearing a splice plate 7 so as to avoid interference with the head of a bolt 8, an unit work floor frame having a work floor (scaffold board) 22 is installed to a level position; at the time of disassembly, the workers pull up the work floor frame along the vertical frame 13' and the work floor frame can be smoothly disassembled and removed.
