Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the kneading/plasticizing performance of a resin and at the same time, make a measuring time constant by completing the measuring process when the cumulative revolution level of a screw from a point of time when the measurement starts reaches a previously estimated set cumulative level of revolutions. SOLUTION: In the measurement step of a test operation, a motor 3 for measurement is driven by a measurement drive source control part 14 and a screw 2 is rotated at the number of screw revolutions which is stored in a part 124 for setting and storing the number of screw revolutions. This measurement step is repeatedly test-performed and the cumulative level of screw revolutions is loaded into a part 12a for calculation and creation of measurement control parameters as an actually measured cumulative level of revolutions from the output A1 of an encoder 9. Further, the average value of the actually measured cumulative level of revolutions of the screw 2 from the start of the measurement to its completion is calculated, and thereby, a set cumulative level of revolutions N is sought and is stored in a parts 12e for setting and storing the cumulative level of revolutions. In addition, when the operation is in the continuous molding mode, the measurement drive source control part 14 drives under control the motor 3 for measurement, referring to data on the set cumulative level of revolutions N or the like. |
