Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig excellent in chemical resistance and heat resistance by forming the jig of a crystalline polyimide resin having a specific repeated structural unit, with logarithmic viscosity in a specified range. SOLUTION: A crystalline polyimide resin forming a heat resistant jig and having a repeated structural unit expressed by formula 1 is obtained by dehydrating co-condensing diamine expressed by formula 2 and tetracarboxylic acid bi-anhydride expressed by formula 3. The molecular weight of this crystalline polyimide is in a range of 0.1-3.0 dl/g at logarithmic viscosity (ηinh). In the case of being less than 0.1 dl/g, the molecular weight is low, and strength serving as a jig cannot be sufficiently displayed. In the case of exceeding 3.0 dl/g, the molecular weight is so high as to make fusion molding such as injection molding difficult. |
