Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of appearance of the back face of a seat back in the seat back prepd. by using a trim cover sewn into a bag-like shape and bonded on the seat face of a pad. SOLUTION: A plate 51 with a fastener A5 is fitted on the inner face of a back part of a trim cover in a bag-like shape constituting the back face of a seat back(SB) and the fastener A5 of this plate 51 is hooked on a fastener B6 disposed on a board 3 in the seat back(SB). It is possible thereby to hang the back part 10 of the trim cover.
