Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reassemble a service data unit AAL-SDU without causing congestion by connecting plural ATM cells in an ATM reception terminal. SOLUTION: A data buffer 51 (61) is placed on a processing circuit board 50 (60) connecting to a bus and provided to each channel. Each address of each data buffer is registered in a description directory 421 in a host memory 42 for each channel in cross reference with each index key. Furthermore, each index key corresponding to each idle data buffer is registered for each channel in a free queue 423. An index key of the free queue 423 corresponding to a channel number of a received cell is acquired, an address of a corresponding data buffer is acquired from the description directory 421 and a data service unit of the received cell is stored in an area corresponding to the address to reassemble the data service unit. |
