Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the mounting/demounting work of a power sensor or half- mirror to be omitted, though this work was required for adjustments after device checks, and surely avoid damaging the power sensor when adjusting the laser oscillator device. SOLUTION: The oscillator device comprises a laser oscillator 32 for emitting a laser beam L, half-mirror 20 for transmitting the most part La of the beam L emitted from the oscillator 32 but reflecting the remaining part Lb, power sensor 22 for measuring the output of the reflected part Lb at the half-mirror 20 and laser beam-shielding plate 23 openably disposed on an optical path for incidence of the laser beam Lb to the sensor 22.
