Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lug part in a strap welded part of an negative electrode side from being cut and lost even at high temperatures, in a hybrid type lead- acid battery in which a Pb-Sb alloy grid body is used for a positive electrode plate current collector and a Pb-Ca alloy grid body is used for a negative electrode plate current collector. SOLUTION: A surface of a lug part 1 of a negative electrode grid body and a fillet 5, which is formed on a root part of the lug part 1 connected to a strap 2, are composed of a tertiary metal 13. The tertiary metal 13 is a metal which has a solidification temperature of less than the eutectic temperature of a Pb-Sb alloy which constitutes a negative electrode strap 2 and does not contain Sb. An eutectic 7 which is crystallized when the a Pb-Sb alloy constituting the strap 2 coagulates is disposed to be isolated from the root of the lug part land to have a constitution, where the fillet 5 ranges with the tertiary metal 13 of the surface of the lug part. Such a constitution is obtained by welding the strap to the lug part having a coated layer of the tertiary metal by COS(cast on strap) method. |
