Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation-coated conductor in which initial insulation characteristics can be maintained for a long period. SOLUTION: An insulation coating 2A is formed except for an end part of a conductor 1A in a fluid dip method of powder epoxy resin, where a recessed part 4 is formed at a center part of an end surface of the insulation coating 2A. Even when stress is left on the end surface by hardening the insulation coating 2A, the stress is reduced by the recessed part 4 formed in the end surface, and generation of cracking can be prevented to current on/off heat cycles after hardening and for a long period. The recessed part may be in a U-letter form, an arc form, or a wavy form.
