The mask means 30 has a displaceable light shielding member 31 around the opening part, and a shape and the size of the effective opening 15a in the opening part uninterrupted by a light shielding member 32, are adjusted by properly adjusting a position of this light shielding member 31. The effective opening 15a is set according to an image of the irradiating object formed by a lens. |
