Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly limit an illuminating range, reduce constitutive elements to pass the irradiating light, and prevent reduction in illuminance by arranging a displaceable light shielding member around a light transmissive opening part in a mask means, adjusting a position of the light shielding member, and forming an effective opening corresponding to a light projecting surface shape of an irradiating object inside the opening part. SOLUTION: In a case body 11, the light from a light source 20 is radiated to the lens side through an opening part having an effective opening 15a, and the light is limited so as to correspond to a light projecting surface shape of an irradiating object arranged on a road by a mask means 30 existing in the opening part. The mask means 30 has a displaceable light shielding member 31 around the opening part, and a shape and the size of the effective opening 15a in the opening part uninterrupted by a light shielding member 32, are adjusted by properly adjusting a position of this light shielding member 31. The effective opening 15a is set according to an image of the irradiating object formed by a lens.
